The leader Of The Pack

Meet El Coyote founder and Executive Chef Jonathon Stranger. You may know him from OKC food-scene favorites like Osteria, Bar Cicchetti, and multiple appearances on the Food Network. Fueled by a love for New Mexico’s culture, spicy flavors, and refreshing margaritas, Jonathon was inspired to bring the authentic Southwest cantina experience to Oklahoma City. And so El Coyote was born.
